After sign-up, you will receive a welcome email and confirmation of your card on file. We will contact you with your assigned day. Luxe will text you when we are on the way to your home. Secure your dog inside so we can scoop efficiently and apply any deodorizer/sanitizer. After we have completed your yard, we will leave a small, bagged treat for your furry loved one (in an area you designate) and text you a closed gate photo.
After departing from your yard, our equipment and boots/shoes are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant. This greatly lowers any chance of germs, bacteria, and viruses from spreading. Cross contamination is virtually eliminated with our meticulous routine.
Dogs don’t stop using the backyard so we continue scooping. Rain, cold, even snow. The Luxe Scoopers crew is on the job year round, regardless of the weather. If conditions are dangerous, we might delay for a bit. Rest assured, the Luxe treatment does not fade when wet.
